What we collect

What you send us. When you fill in a form: your name, email, phone number, your message, and the home, address, or tour day and time you ask about.
Searches you save. If you ask for new-home emails, the search and your email address.
Basic visit details. Your internet address and browser, used only to keep the site working and to stop abuse (such as automated searching). They are not used to build a profile of you.
On your device. Your browser remembers the name and email you typed, so the next form is filled in for you. There are no advertising cookies and no tracking for advertisers.
Outside services. Maps (OpenFreeMap) and fonts (Google Fonts) load from those services, which see your internet address when your browser asks for them.
Spam protection. Forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is sending them; Cloudflare sees your internet address and some browser details for that check (Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy notice).

How it is used
